Watermead

This is a project to develop dinosaur themed play features in Watermead Park, Leicestershire.

We are at the stage of looking for suitable artists for this project.

The map is an overview of the site.
The third document is the County Council's original outline plan for the project. Areas 2 and 4 are the ones covered by this project plus either area 5 or area 6.

Please note that the ideas in this third document are only initial thoughts. We hope that the artist(s) appointed will propose their own varied and exciting response to the theme and the location.

Young people

Mantle Community Arts work creatively with people of all ages and from all walks of life; reaching out to groups through working in partnership with a whole range of organisations and venues.

I really enjoyed it, it was very relaxed and lovely to see the children all joining in, so thanks for all your input. We must do it all again sometime!
