Mantle Community Arts organises a range of arts projects in places where people live, work and meet. We are also a source of information, training, advice and support. Mantle Community Arts is based in Coalville in North West Leicestershire and works throughout the district and beyond. Mantle aims to run a programme of work which is diverse, inspiring, relevant to participants and dynamic. We work creatively with people of all ages and from all walks of life; reaching out to groups through working in partnership with a whole range of organisations and venues. Mantle is revenue funded by Arts Council East Midlands, North West Leicestershire District Council and Leicestershire County Council (youth and community). We receive project funds from many different trusts, foundations and businesses. At present Mantle has two permanent members of staff and employs skilled freelance artists on a project-by-project basis. Mantle has a voluntary management committee who meet regularly and is a charity registered under the Industrial and Provident Act. You can download our latest annual report here. | ||
